We are delighted to announce our new Talking Display Portable (TDP) radio, the radio that tells you the channel selection by name!  Not by announcing the channel number, lots of radios can do that.  This one announces the channel by the name, the name that YOU choose.  If you want Channel 1 to be called Fire One, that is what it will be!  Think about that.  This means you don't have to pay for the added cost of a radio with a display, or the higher maintenance cost of replacing displays.  Operation is easier with fewer buttons to push and you can change channels without removing the radio from your belt!

The TDP costs less to buy, less to maintain (flat rate repair for just $89 including new battery and cosmetic upgrade to make your old radio look new again), and easier to use.  It even tells your battery condition (audibly) at the push of a button!  This is one smart radio and it's as durable as radios costing hundreds of dollars more!  The TDP has 2-tone paging, MDC1200 transmit ID and priority scan.
